What a night!  With an increased majority, Margaret Beckett has retained her Derby South seat for Labour.

The Derby South constituency, formed in 1950, has always elected a Labour MP with Margaret Beckett representing the seat since 1983.  In 2017, with almost 60% of the votes cast, Margaret still managed to increase her personal vote by over 9%.
